Is there a mailing list or fan club?
No, but as the site expands we will look into adding them in the
future.

6.
Is the band involved in the website?
Yes. The band gives the website as much time as they can. They
have input into the site as a whole. They also make themselves
available for queries and video shoots, as well as providing video
themselves.

Does the band respond to emails?
All relevant mail is ultimately passed on to the band or their
staff. Unfortunately, as much as they would like to, they get
so much email it is impossible for them to reply individually
to each mail.

Does the website accept email attachments?
We discourage people from sending unsolicited attachments due
to potential security risks. Large files cannot be accepted.

9.
Does the site accept and display fan art, photo, video or
music?
As much as we would love to there are a number of reasons, both
technical and legal, why we cannot accept these types of submissions.

What is the best way to view the website?
While the site should be viewable in most modern browsers it
is optimised for Internet Explorer 4 and above at resolutions
800
by 600 and above. For video you need MediaPlayer and occasionally
RealPlayer. Music clips can be played using either MediaPlayer
or RealPlayer.

I'm having trouble seeing the video.
Firstly, you need MediaPlayer and occasionally RealPlayer. Where
possible use the most up to date software versions. Secondly,
remember to allow the clip to buffer, this can take five to thirty
seconds. Thirdly, the quality of the sound and video has had
to
be reduced for streaming. Lastly, remember the quality of the
video is affected by the speed of your connection.

I'm having trouble with the font size.
The default text size in your browser may be set too low. If you
are using Internet Explorer you can control the font size of text
on the screen. If you go to 'view' then to 'text size' you can
change the size of the font (it's normally set to medium) to what
you want. In Netscape go to 'view' and you can increase or decrease
the font size from there.
